One-On-One

If you’re looking for that individualized attention, this is for you. Work one-on-one with a trainer for 45 minutes while we help you through each movement and guide you through the workout.

Looking to take it to the next level? This option is for the advanced athlete looking to get better at their sport. We specialize in CrossFit masters athletes with a focus on performance and injury prevention.

Small group

Enjoy working out with friends and need that extra accountability? This option is for you! Work alongside 2-4 friends and have some fun!

Online program

Aren't able to make it to the gym? We got you covered! We use an app to post your workout and you can get it done at your convenience. Just tell us what kind of equipment you have access to, and we tailor the workouts for you. Minimal equipment option available.
